staticcatfish: I’m vaguely certain that most kids growing up will have given thought to the ideas of suicide and self-harm. Whether it’s a casual “huh, I wonder what it’d be like”, or a serious outlining on the best ways to kill oneself (or inflict most harm without crossing the threshold of death), at some point in time, someone is bound to think of such things. And it’s perfectly normal....
